Security Statement
Scope
This statement describes the public Lockhouse Data marketing website operated by Metolius LLC at lockhousedata.com. It is not a description of every control used by the Lockhouse customer platform and is not a service-level agreement, certification, or guarantee of security. Platform safeguards and customer data-processing commitments are addressed separately during evaluation and in customer agreements.
Website hosting
The Website uses Ploy for hosting. Ploy documents HTTPS for hosted sites, encryption of stored site content, isolated build environments, and workspace access controls. These are descriptions of Ploy’s hosting service, not a claim that Lockhouse has independently audited or certified those controls. See Ploy’s security documentation for details.
Information submitted through the Website
The homepage agent conversations and charts are fictional demonstrations. They do not accept live business questions or access visitor systems. The “Book an Intro” and follow-up links open Calendly to arrange a conversation.
Please do not send passwords, API keys, payment-card details, sensitive personal information, or confidential customer records through introductory emails or scheduling forms. If an evaluation requires business data, contact us first to arrange an appropriate process and applicable agreements.
Analytics and visitor information
We use Ploy’s built-in website analytics and visitor enrichment. Our cookie banner controls third-party tags, not Ploy’s native analytics or visitor tracking. Our hosting and security providers may still process technical information to deliver and protect the Website. Our Privacy Policy describes this processing, provider involvement, and how to contact us with a privacy request.
Reporting a security concern
Email info@lockhousedata.com with the subject “Website security concern.” Describe the affected page, the issue, and steps that help us understand it. Do not include credentials, personal records, or sensitive exploit output in the initial message; ask us to arrange a suitable way to share sensitive details.
This contact channel does not authorize testing that accesses another person’s information, disrupts the Website, or violates applicable law. If a Website incident requires notification, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
Limitations and updates
No website or transmission method is completely secure. We may update this statement when the Website or its providers change. For questions about customer-platform controls, contact us before sharing or connecting business data.
